As a result, some orders may ship directly from the supplier, distributor, or manufacturer to you.

Orders may be fulfilled and shipped directly by our third-party suppliers, distributors, and manufacturers as part of our Direct from Supplier to Consumer fulfillment model.

2. Shipping Destinations
Continental United States
- We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous/continental United States only
- We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, or international addresses
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes that cannot accept carrier or freight delivery
- We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses at this time
Future Expansion
We may add more shipping regions in the future. When we do, this page will be updated with the applicable destinations, timelines, and shipping costs.
3. Shipping Costs
- Free Shipping: Available on eligible orders over $100 shipped within the continental United States
- Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $60 applies to orders of $100 or less shipped within the continental United States
All shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment is completed. There are no hidden shipping fees from us. Local taxes at checkout may still apply when required by law.
Some large, oversized, freight, custom, or special-order items may have additional delivery requirements or restrictions. If a product has unique shipping terms, the product page or checkout page will indicate those details when applicable.
4. Order Handling and Delivery Time
Total delivery time is generally 3 to 9 business days from the time you place your order. This total includes supplier handling time and carrier transit time. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Orders placed before 2 PM CST are processed the same business day when possible. Orders placed after 2 PM CST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
Because many products are fulfilled directly by third-party suppliers, distributors, or manufacturers, processing and fulfillment times may vary depending on product availability, supplier warehouse schedules, freight carrier availability, and seasonal demand.
If an item needs extra time, the product page may show a note or updated shipping estimate. That product-specific note will override the general timing above.
5. Shipping Methods and Carriers
Orders are fulfilled and shipped by our third-party suppliers, distributors, manufacturers, or logistics partners via trusted national carriers. Depending on the product, destination, package size, and shipping requirements, orders may ship through USPS, UPS, FedEx, freight carriers, or similar delivery services.
Shipment Tracking
Every shipment includes tracking when available. You will receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. Tracking information may be provided directly by our fulfillment supplier, distributor, manufacturer, or shipping carrier.
Insurance
Shipments may be insured against loss or damage depending on the product, carrier, and fulfillment method. If there is a delivery issue, contact us and we will coordinate with the applicable supplier, distributor, manufacturer, or carrier on your behalf.
6. Freight and Large Item Deliveries
Some backyard, patio, outdoor living, and oversized products may ship by freight carrier due to their size or weight. Freight deliveries may require a delivery appointment, phone confirmation, or signature upon delivery.
For freight deliveries, please inspect the shipment carefully before signing whenever possible. If visible damage is present, note the damage with the carrier and take photos before accepting or signing for the delivery.
- Inspect packaging, pallets, crates, and boxes before discarding them
- Take photos of any visible damage to the packaging or product
- Keep all packaging until the issue has been reviewed and resolved
- Report damage to us within 48 hours of delivery
7. Order Tracking
After your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to follow the delivery. Tracking updates are managed by the carrier or fulfillment partner and may take time to appear after the shipment is created.
If your tracking link does not update after a reasonable period, please contact us at support@thebackyardshowroom.com and we will help investigate with the supplier, manufacturer, or carrier.
8. Delivery Issues
Delayed or Lost Packages
If your delivery exceeds the estimated 3 to 9 business day window, email us at support@thebackyardshowroom.com or call 1-832-224-5933. We will coordinate with our supplier, distributor, manufacturer, or carrier to investigate.
Marked Delivered but Not Received
- Confirm that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct
- Check around the delivery location, including side doors, garage areas, front desk, mailroom, or building management
- Check with neighbors or household members
- Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist with a trace or claim when applicable
Damaged Packages
- Photograph the packaging, shipping label, and damaged item
- Keep all original packaging and materials until the claim is resolved
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@thebackyardshowroom.com
We will coordinate with our supplier, distributor, manufacturer, or carrier to arrange a replacement, repair, refund, or other appropriate resolution when applicable under our Return and Refund Policy.
9. Missing Items
If something is missing from your package, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number, the missing item details, and any photos of the package or packing materials. We will coordinate with our fulfillment supplier, distributor, or manufacturer to send the missing item or issue an appropriate resolution.
10. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Items must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in original packaging with all accessories, parts, manuals, and documentation. Certain items may not be returnable. See our full Return and Refund Policy for details.
- Return shipping: Customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect
- Restocking fee: A 25% restocking fee applies to approved non-defective returns
- Outbound shipping: Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an approved damaged, defective, or incorrect item
- Refund timing: Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved, to the original payment method
11. Address Accuracy
Please enter your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, return-to-sender shipments, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses entered at checkout.
If a package is returned to us or to our fulfillment supplier due to an address issue, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional reshipment fees may apply.
12. Order Changes After Purchase
If you need to update your shipping address or make a change to your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@thebackyardshowroom.com. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment with the supplier, distributor, manufacturer, or carrier.
