Products sold on this site may be sourced from and fulfilled directly by third-party manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers as part of our Direct from Supplier to Consumer fulfillment model. As a result, some orders may ship directly from the supplier, distributor, or manufacturer to you.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Shipping Policy

We currently ship to the continental United States only. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

Orders may be fulfilled and shipped directly by our third-party suppliers, distributors, or manufacturers as part of our Direct from Supplier to Consumer fulfillment model.

Orders placed before 2 PM CST are processed the same business day when possible. Orders placed after 2 PM CST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Free Shipping: Available on eligible orders over $100 within the continental United States.
  • Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $60 applies to orders of $100 or less.

5.2 Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing. Delivery timelines may vary based on supplier processing times, freight carrier availability, weather, holidays, product availability, and other factors outside our control.

5.3 Freight and Large Item Delivery

Some backyard, patio, and outdoor living products may ship by freight carrier due to their size or weight. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and being available for delivery coordination when required by the carrier or supplier.

5.4 Risk of Loss

All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our supplier's, distributor's, or manufacturer's delivery of the item to the carrier. The Backyard Showroom is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier after the item has been dispatched, but we will assist with eligible claims as outlined in our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy.

6. Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for full information on returns, exchanges, cancellations, replacements, and refunds.

Key terms include:

  • Damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Orders marked as delivered but not received should be reported within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
  • Approved non-defective returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect.
  • Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an approved damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
  • Customer data, including shipping information and order details, may be shared with our suppliers, distributors, manufacturers, carriers, or service partners solely for the purpose of processing returns, replacements, repairs, warranty support, or delivery-related claims.
